![]() ![]() Our Guest Services Manager did submit the insurance claims that you filled out concerning the missing jeans, and someone from our insurance claims should be reaching out to you in a few days to discuss the matter. We have followed up with her, and they are not on the housekeeping cart nor did she find a pair of jeans while cleaning your room. The housekeeper who cleaned your room during your stay has worked at the hotel for years and has worked longer than most of our other housekeepers. Our Housekeeping Manager brought up all of the jeans we had in our lost and found so you can look to see if your jeans were there. You have spoken to the Housekeeping Manager, the Guest Services Manager, and our Assistant General Manager about your jeans that disappeared. I really just want my jeans back! More Show lessĭear mountaingrrrrrl, Thank you for staying with us at the Kansas City Airport Marriott. There also was no bottled water in the room. The hotel was adequate, though I was annoyed that there was no free bottled water upon checkin like at Hilton properties given that the local water was unsafe from flooding. Some staff have been polite and others have been rude. The staff at the hotel has been somewhat helpful but not proactive in addressing my problem. So, it’s clear that someone picked up my pants from where I left them. ![]() Even more odd was that when I returned to my room after housekeeping had come on day 2, there was trash on the floor in front of the counter where I left my jeans - and the trash was the Clif bar wrapper I’d had in my jeans pocket on day 1 upon checkin. It was very odd because I wore them to the hotel on day 1, know where I left them (on the desk/counter along the wall), and they were no where to be found on day 3 when I was checking out. ![]() My jeans “disappeared” (were stolen?!) from my hotel room. ![]()
